1. Data controller
The controller is Adano Marketing Agencija, owned by Adnan Ahmić, based at Ulica braće Pobrić bb, 74260 Tešanj, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Privacy requests can be sent to info@adano.ba or made by phone at +387 61 743 711.
2. Data we collect
We collect only information needed to communicate, prepare proposals, provide services, secure the website and measure performance where consent is required.

- ✓Requested service, budget, timeline and consultation details
- ✓UTM parameters, referrer and landing page connected to a lead
- ✓Technical security data such as a pseudonymised network identifier, timestamp and user agent
- ✓The newsletter is currently marked as coming soon and does not collect email addresses
- ✓Analytics data only after the relevant consent
3. Purposes and legal bases
Processing may be necessary to answer an enquiry, take steps before a contract, perform a contract, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Analytics and advertising technologies are enabled only on the basis of consent where required.

4. Service providers
We do not sell personal data. Hosting, transactional email, anti-spam, newsletter, analytics and technical support providers may process limited data on our behalf. The exact active providers depend on production configuration and are reflected in the Cookie Policy.

5. International transfers

6. Retention
Enquiry and business communication data is normally retained for no longer than 36 months after the last contact unless law or contract requires a longer period. The newsletter form is currently disabled and does not collect addresses. If activated later, newsletter data will be retained until unsubscribe. Security logs are retained for a shorter operational period.
7. Your rights

8. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, form validation, anti-automation controls, security headers, backups and restricted lead storage. No system is completely risk-free, but safeguards are reviewed and improved regularly.
9. Children’s data
Our services are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16. If you believe such data has been submitted, contact us so it can be removed.
10. Changes to this policy
