1. Scope
The website and services are provided by Adano Marketing Agencija, owned by Adnan Ahmić. A professional engagement begins when a proposal is accepted or a contract is signed.
2. Services
Services may include websites, e-commerce, redesign, maintenance, business systems, digital marketing, SEO and SMARTSEO. The proposal defines the exact scope, deliverables and exclusions.
3. Prices and payment
Website prices are indicative starting prices. Unless the proposal states otherwise, work begins after a 50% deposit and the balance is due before final handover or publication.

4. Client responsibilities
The client provides accurate information, content, access credentials, approvals and materials they are entitled to use. The client is responsible for the legality of claims, offers, images, logos, reviews and supplied materials.
5. Delivery timeframes
The indicative timeframe for a standard website is 2–5 working days, and for a webshop 10–15 working days, calculated from receipt of the deposit and complete materials. Complex integrations, delayed materials, scope changes and approval waiting times extend the schedule.
6. Revisions and acceptance
The standard scope includes 2 consolidated revision rounds unless the proposal states otherwise. A revision is a correction within the approved direction, not a completely new concept or an expansion of scope. The client should provide consolidated comments within the agreed timeframe.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Once work starts, reserved capacity, analysis and completed work cannot be cancelled as if no work had taken place. Refunds and completed-work charges are determined by the accepted proposal, contract and applicable law. Promotional guarantees apply only when expressly included in a specific offer.
7. Intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives rights to the agreed final deliverable within the limits of the proposal. Third-party licences, fonts, plugins, stock content and open-source components remain subject to their licences. Working files and unselected concepts remain with their authors unless agreed otherwise.
8. Hosting and support
Hosting and domain are included in the project price for the scope and period stated in the proposal. After the included support period of one month, maintenance, security updates and additional changes are contracted separately.
9. SEO and performance
SEO depends on competition, market conditions, content, authority and algorithm changes. No specific ranking, traffic, lead volume or revenue is guaranteed unless a contract explicitly defines a controlled and measurable outcome.
11. Liability
We are responsible for the professional delivery of the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for interruptions or changes to third-party services, inaccurate client materials, unauthorized changes after handover, lost credentials or indirect business losses.
12. Complaints, applicable law and disputes
Questions and complaints should first be sent to info@adano.ba. The applicable law and competent court will be stated in the final agreement after the registered business details and jurisdiction have been confirmed.
